The meeting opens with a welcome reception and a keynote by the CEO or a senior programme lead covering the national vision, funding model, and the mechanics of public–private–academic collaboration.

A keynote by an AI Leap senior representative brings the story of Estonia's national AI education programme to your conference audience. From the political and pedagogical decisions that shaped the initiative to the first empirical results from one of the largest student research in education.

The AI Leap briefing is a structured introduction to Estonia’s national AI education programme. It’s designed for educational organisations, ministry working groups, and researchers that want to understand the programme’s principles and initial results.
In 60 minutes, a senior team member will cover the strategic background and Estonia’s journey from Tiger Leap to AI Leap, the pedagogical logic of the student application, key data and lessons from the pilot year, and the design of the ongoing research activities. The session closes with an open Q&A.
The briefing takes place via Zoom or Teams. The fee is a flat rate per session regardless of the number of attendees, up to 15 people. Sessions are conducted in English.
Short programme

A tailored strategic briefing at the AI Leap office in Tallinn. Suited to national ministries of education, and educational organisations seeking in-depth, bilateral dialogue.
The meeting opens with a welcome reception and a keynote by the CEO or a senior programme lead covering the national vision, funding model, and the mechanics of public–private–academic collaboration. You then choose one of three specialist tracks for a deep-dive session:
- data protection and GDPR in an AI context,
- teacher engagement and training methodology, or
- the student application, AI literacy, and RCT design.
The session closes with a roundtable. The meeting is conducted in English. The base fee covers groups of up to 12 participants; each additional participant (up to 20) is charged at €150 + VAT.
Travel, accommodation, and airport transfers are not included.
Conference keynote

A keynote by an AI Leap senior representative brings the story of Estonia’s national AI education programme to your conference audience. From the political and pedagogical decisions that shaped the initiative to the first empirical results from one of the largest student research in education.
The talk covers why Estonia chose to build a purpose-designed learning application rather than simply permit existing AI tools in classrooms, how the programme navigated data protection, teacher adoption, and student engagement at national scale, and what the pilot year data reveals about AI-assisted learning outcomes. The session is grounded in live programme data and shaped around your conference themeand audience in advance.
Available as a standalone keynote or combined with a panel slot.
